| All of our parties offer a fun and relaxed way to meet other unattached people. Make friends and possibly meet a partner. Speed Dating is a fun new way to meet other people. The idea originated in the USA and our version "Musical Chairs" (the first in the UK) has been running successfully since March 2000. | |||||||||||||||||||

Our parties are for unattached people aged 23 to 48, however our individual events have differing age ranges. You can book for the Musical Chairs and the disco or just book and come for the disco. Our parties are reasonably priced. In most cases £17.50 for the Musical Chairs and Disco, or £10.00 for the disco only if booking at least a week in advance. Everybody who attends Musical Chairs is friendly and it is easy to speak to anyone. Drinks are purchased at the bar and there is an extensive bar menu at all venues used. So why not arrive a bit earlier and have something to eat if you are coming directly from work? Don't forget - We give you a £5.00 discount per person off of the full price when booking at least one week in advance! FRIDAY MUSICAL CHAIRS PARTIES Doors open at 7:00pm. The Musical Chairs starts at 7.30pm. Women are sat at individual tables throughout the wine bar. Women stay in the same place (so men come up to you). Each man is then sat opposite each woman. We aim to have a maximum of 35 men and 35 women at this stage. You both speak for 3 to 4 minutes. A whistle is then blown and each man moves along to the next table to speak to the next lady for another 3 to 4 minutes and so on. During the Musical Chairs you can record who you are interested in. We can then exchange contact details after the party if you wish. At about 9:00pm, the Musical Chairs finishes, the disco starts and a further 50 people can arrive. Here we have staff introducing you to other party members if you wish. THURSDAY MUSICAL CHAIRS PARTIES We have now also added Musical Chairs Parties without the disco on Thursdays. The whole evening is devoted to speed dating! Doors open at 7:30pm and Musical Chairs starts at 8.15pm. The Thursday speed dating finishes at 10.30pm, so you then have an hour to go back and chat to people you have got on best with. Reasons for you to attend!

With Musical Chairs you get to meet up to 30 people of the opposite sex for approximately 3 to 4 minutes each. This ensures that you will be presented with lots of different people. 3 to 4 minutes is long enough to know if you click with someone and not long enough to get bored. With all our parties we use smart wine bars which we have exclusive use of.
