However we are not a matchmaking service and do not verify the personal details of those participating in our events. It is up to you to verify personal information to your own satisfaction and we recommend that you do so. By registering with Musical Chairs you agree that neither Musical Chairs nor its associates is liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from partaking in Musical Chairs services. This includes any damages, without limitation, arising out of communicating with other participants registered with Musical Chairs . Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.

Musical Chairs events are held at venues over which Musical Chairs and its associates have no control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages of any kind at a Musical Chairs event, you agree to release Musical Chairs and its associates from any liability with respect thereof.

As a registered participant of a Musical Chairs event you understand that Musical Chairs offers an opportunity for meeting new people but Musical Chairs does not guarantee that any participant will successfully match with another participant. Musical Chairs also does not guarantee that any successful match between two participants at one of our events will be successful.

By registering with Musical Chairs you provide your assurance that you are 19 years or older, and that you are single. Musical Chairs is not liable for any damage, without limitation, resulting from use of the Musical Chairs website.
